1 Month Results!!!

Weight: 166.8

Bust: 39.5 in

I haven't been doing to much. I recently bought a UP band by jawbone, and I love it! It is basically a stalker in bracelet form. I have also been using the NIKE+ app on my phone. For the first 2 weeks I was all about eating healthy and not eating any fast food or junk food, but then I read this website that said basicly eat anything you want as long as you keep in you caloric range. So I started kinda adding in "junk" food like chips and every once in a while I have mcdonals, but I deffinatly cat't eat as much. I used to eat Double cheeseburger or big mac plus a large fry and a large diet coke, and kniw I can only eat a double cheeseburger and a medium fry and water. I have completely stopped drinking anything but water, and I feel great!!! I also love my shorts fitting better!!!

Goal...

My goal is to get ready for Tough Mudder. It is one of the hardest obstacle courses in the world, and I am going to work my butt off and get in shape to run it and finish it. I have 191 days to loose 34 pounds and get in shape and toned.

Inspiration and Motivation

These are a few of the outfits that motivate me. I look at these and they make me want to lose the weight so that i can wear them some day. 



 
 


Lets get Started


I went through most of my life thinking that I was fat. Even tho everyone told me I wasnt I would still think i was. I went through junior high and high school at about 140 pounds and size 9/10. When i was a senior in highschool my husband went to bootcamp for the navy and i started the kellog k2o diet and lost about 10 pounds, and felt smaller, but not skinny.  After my husband got out of bootcamp i went to live with him, and started birth control. After starting birth control i gained a little bit of wieght, and so i started to kinda work out.  We didnt have cable at the time, so i would go down to our apartments little gym and watch my shows and work out. In 2009 my husband went on a 6 month deployment and i moved back home and tried to eat healthy, but it didnt work out to well. I didnt really gain any wieght, and i didnt really lose any wieght. When my husband came back from deployment, we decided to try for a baby, and a month later i was pregnant. It wasnt until i was pregnant and looking at pictures from before i was pregnant and 13 weeks along that i actually believed i was skinny before. i went to my 10 week appointment and found out that i was already 161 pounds, so you can say i was already nervous about gaining alot of wieght. the average women gains 25-35 pounds when pregnant and by the time i was enduced at 40 weeks and 2 days, i was 206 pounds. 2 months after elizabeth was born, my husband left for another deployment, so my sights changed from loosing wieght, to raising a baby on my own for the next 7 months. once my husband got home, i could finally get a break and try to start loosing weight again. In february 2011 i was 177 pounds, so i joined a gym, and started working with a presonal trainer once a month. Things ended up not working out with the trainer and i got really unmotivated. I just didnt see the point in going if i wasnt seeing any results, so i stopped going. Now its 2 years later and I have finally decided to loose the weight. I will do it this time!
